Send to YouTube not working

I tried to send to YouTube, but it would not do anything but say "Creating video..."
I can't say for certain that it would NEVER finish, but it's certainly taking far longer than I'm willing to wait. Why don't I set the settings before the video is created anymore? With both this and the inability to upload with the software, it seems that you DESPERATELY need to fix at least one of them.
