Payment issue?
I apologize if this isn't the adequate place to ask for help on this matter, but I couldn't find anywhere else. I recently upgraded to a pro account and paid a yearly subscription, which was supposed to be discounted from my credit card on the 13th of this month. However, no money has been discounted from my account, and I'm afraid I don't understand why. Is there some sort of billing to manually pay or something? I don't want to have any debts due to this. Thanks in advance.

Question: Are you sure the payment should be deducted this month and not next month? If it is your first subscription, you'd get one free month up front before the subscription starts.

Yes, I'm sure. I started the free trial in May, and the billing history page says the payment was done on June 13th. I'll reach out to that email I guess, thank you.
