How to Crop an octavo-sized page to the center of a letter-sized paper
So, I am now creating sheet music to sell after being accepted as a vendor of one company. One thing they stated was that they recommended that a choral octavo sheet of paper be centered on an 8.5 by 11 sheet of paper. Is MuseScore able to do that? That's what I'm wondering.

First, you should get the "correct" octavo size used by your company; as the format is not standardized (see also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octavo).
Next, you can center an area of that size on your page by setting appropriate margins.

Well, my company says that the octavo sized used is "7x10.25". Is there a way to show "crop marks" after I set the margins?

I forgot to mention, I need to be able to have the music on 7" by 10.25" sheet of paper, however for the sake of printing purposes or converting to a pdf purpose, it should be centered on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper with "crop marks" so that way it could be trimmed.

Probably in that case it's better to just save as PDF in the 7x10.25" size, then use Scribus or some similar page layout program to set up the cropping etc.

Um, Well, is there any other page layout programs out there, I don't think Scribus comes for Windows 10.

What makes you think that? I see both 32-bit and 64-bit versions on their download page. But sure, there are plenty of other page layout (aka "desktop publishing") programs out there, if you have the $$$.

I was looking at the versions in parentheses, and I could only see, Vista, 7, 8.

Crop marks isn't possible in MuseScore. As Marc suggest, Scribus is one of the more known free DTPs that likely can help you out on that end.
