High resolution image
Hi,
I'm trying to save my MS files as high resolution image files (specifically, 300 DPI PNG files) and I can't figure out if there is a way to do this. If I save the file as a PNG, the resolution is stuck on 72 DPI.
Is there any way I can do this?
Thank you!

As per http://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/command-line-options 300 DPI is the default? Or is this only in 'converter mode'?

I believe you are right that this is only in converter mode. I forget if setting that option also affects Save As, but it's worth a shot.
The Snippet Creator plugin (see Plugins menu at right of this page) is a convenient way to generate graphics from a score; it automatically trims the margins leaving only the music. I think it defaults to 100DPI, but it's easy enough to edit the plugin file to change that.
Also, assuming the ultimate goal is importing these graphics into a text document, see http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/musescore-example-ma…
BTW, if you save as PDF, it ends up being high resolution, because it isn't stored as a bitmap.

In the nightly builds 300 DPI is the default and can get changed via the preferences dialog and that command line switch and is not only valid in converter mode.
In 1.x there's no setting in the preferences dialog and I'm too lazy to check for the rest ;-)

Thanks, never mind - figured a way around it using PDF and Preview.
