Canoot find IQt5.. modules

After installing the Qt build environment, I am trying to do a build of MuseScore.
Environment; Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
Qt and MinGW versions as described in Developer's Handbook.

Build process is running to 93 % and terminates with errors as shown attached.
Indicates that Qt modules are missing,
