How do I add a lyric word below a grace note or chord just before another chord?

I need to know how to put a lyric word below a grace note or chord just before another chord, which has a word below it. Does anybody know what to do? I have tried doing it in lyric edit mode, but it won't let me add the word which belongs under the grace note chord just before another chord that follows, which has a word that goes with it. I just can't get the word inserted below the grace note chord. I have included a jpg link to open which shows what I need a solution for. Thanks. David
