I made documents to be able to quickly and easily preview all of the wood wind, free reed, brass, pitched percussion, keyboard, and electronic instruments in musescore play a sample of the same notes (although the octave varies depending on that instrument's range for note pitches). As the notes are played, you'll see the notes on a clef as well as the name of the instrument playing those notes for a simple less confusing way to test out the instruments
