With older versions (e.g. 2.3.2) you had to enter swing only once , with version 3 unfortunately you have to write it down now for each score. Would be nice if this error could be corrected.

What do you mean by have to write it down now for each score. You always had to add a Swing text to every score you want to playback swung..

Maybe he means saff, not score? Earlier builds of MuseScore 3 did indeed erroneously treat Swing as applying only to one staff, but the beta and any other recent nightly build should have that fixed.

It's also possible the OP had previously created a custom style file that had the global Swing property set in Style / General and had then made that his default style in Edit / Preferences / Score. This is still possible in MuseScore as far as I know (except the menu is now Fortmat / Style).
