Midi imput random sounds

I am using a Korg Micro keyboard as Midi input which works fine as far as placing a note on a staff but a sound is played (but not written) every few seconds that I have the keyboard plugged in and I am using Muscscore. It doesn't make that sound when I am using other programs so I don't think it is the keyboard. It is like Musescore is telling me that the Midi keyboard is still on and plugged in . I can't find any setting that changes it (ie no click track , metronome, etc. Sounds like a Windows system sound but only happens with Musescore.

Any Ideas?
