Currently you must do it by hand. Right click a note, choose Select>More... and check the appropriate boxes to select either all of the notes like F# or same pitch like F#5 (the notes on the same lines as the one you clicked) then OK. This will select all of those notes. In the inspector click the black rectangle next to Color: to select a color for those notes.
