Switching back to 4/4 then saving causes duplicate time signature indication.

In my score, I have a brief 3/4 section that quickly reverts to 4/4. Upon placing the 4/4 and saving, a duplicate 4/4 spawns. Deleting any of them causes both to disappear when saving again.
