Changing volume in mixer doesn't result in an asterisk * in the score tab

1) Open any existing score
2) open mixer and change volume for some instrument
3) An asterisk (*) indicating the change is missing in the score tab, although the you can save the score (ctrl+s or icon) and the change in the volume will be saved.

It might be confusing - I initially thought that a volume change in the mixer is not "savable".
