I think that Musescore should have comment and discussion moderators so that they can delete any comments that are offensive and inappropriate. This is the first step to making Musescore a better place for musicians.

If someone is violating common decency then their comments should be removed. Nothing on MuseScore is "moderated" but many of us feel confident we can go to those in charge of the websites (musescore.com and musescore.org) when there is a violation of decency or community guidelines. I've seen severe action taken in the case of extremely bad behavior. If you see an issue, you can feel free to use the contact us link at the bottom of every page, or even open a discussion of the situation in these forums or https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com if the problem is on the .com site.
If someone make an inappropriate comment on one of your scores, every comment has 3 dots next to them that you can either delete or mark as spam if appropriate.
