Shifting single notes from upper to lower notation system in piano scores

I do not know how to place single notes to the "other" notation system for keyboard scores. The attachment picture shows what I mean:

the single notes from the bass figure which are "bound" to the upper system. For piano players that is a typical indication, with which hand these notes are played - and: you do not need to fill up the system with rests.

I do not know the special word for a qualified searching - and I searched a lot already.
