Repeat end and start plus key change in MuseScore 3

Is the simultaneous end and start of repeat bar line no longer available in MuseScore 3? It's still in the manual, but doesn't appear in the (master) palette. I was trying to cope with combining a repeat start and a repeat end, but this doesn't look right:

The key change is an additional problem.
