JACK Audio on Musescore 3.0.2 not working
I frequently use jack to connect musescore to outside audio sources, but since installing ms3 I haven't been able to get it to connect. Has anyone else been experiencing these issues?

I have the same issue than you. I am following the instructions here (https://musescore.org/en/node/273531) and this is ok on 2.x versions but the 3.x version doesn't appear connected on the Jack Audio Connection Panel. Maybe, the new musescore version needs a diferent server prefix on Jack Audio preferences
Anybody know the Jack Audio configuration for musescore 3.x?

I thought the same thing, but I've doing some research on the server prefixes. From what I understand here's what each entry means:
jackd -S: required for jack to connect and play audio
-X winmme: allows the server to connect to and use the Windows MIDI Driver
-R: Realtime playback
So I imagine it would have to be something related to how Musescore 3.x connects to the server. But I honestly have no idea.
