Add double barline to new instrument fails and workaround.

I have a 4/4 score that contained only flute and piano with a 2 beat pickup bar at the top and a repeat barline referring to the end.
I inserted 4 bars after the PU and then copied the LH from the first 2 written bars and pasted them into the 4 bars. The repeat barline moved.

I added a double bar line after the PU.

I then added an acoustic bass instrument. The double bar line was missing on that instrument and I was not able to add it until,

I deleted the DBL from the original staves and then re-applied the DBL.

I see after the workaround, that the repeat barline has been added in the proper place in the acoustic bass stave, but I did the workaround before I saw if it had appeared properly before the workaround.
