How Tos and Tutorials, "Any" vs. "None"

Selecting "Any" https://musescore.org/en/howto goes to https://musescore.org/en/howto?version=All, which really shows all howtos, but the version setting on a howto calls this "None" rather than Any.

And, more important, selecting "None" (or "Any") as the version should result in that being shown for any of the choices , Any, 3.x, 2.x and 1.x.
Better or additionally, it should be possible to flag a Howto to apply to more than just one version, similar to how it is done for Plugins.

Be default https://musescore.org/en/howto should show all howtos that apply to 3.x, which includes those that have their version set to "None" (or Any")

I regard this a bug rather than a request for enhacement. We really need to make it easier to find those howtos

The same issue exists for Tutorials.
