Hard to translate some new strings in 3.2
Where can I get the latest 3.2 alpha version so I can have a look on the context of the strings then translating it.

I don't understand these two clearly: Copy with Link to Score and Sticking. I'm not good at all of the fields to do with music.

Copy with Link to Score is an improved photo mode / snapshot option
Sticking relates to drumming, which hand (or foot) to use, sort of the drummer's equivalent to fingering

"Copy with Link to Score" is a new command available in Image Capture mode. The standard "Copy" command just copies the image, so when you paste it into another program, you just get the image. The new version creates a bit of HTML that includes the image but also a link to the score file (a local "file" URL) so that when you paste it into a program that can handle this format, you get the image in a form where you can then click on it and the original score will automatically open in MuseScore.
