How to get metronome sound
Is there anyway to get the metronome sound on the actual file that plays on the website? Going in and adding a drumset part for the metronome is not an option for me because the time signiture changes almost every bar.

If the only option is no option for you, then no.
Because the only option is to actually add a percussion instrument (such as woodblock) and notate it out.

Still, unless you need beat one to sound different than the rest, changing time signatures doesn't complicate things, you can still fill a piece quickly using copy/paste.
Probably a plugin could easily go through and give a boost in sound to beat one of every bar.
I'm seeing this on January 21, 2021 and You probably already figured it out, but just in case: in the latest version 3.6 of Musescore just press F11 to open the "Play Panel" and there you can select the Metronome
