Quaver tails
Help, I have typed out a score and now notice at the end that all the quaver tails are mis-placed - I have tried to attach a screen shot to illustrate it- how it looks currently and how I would like it to look. The only solution I have found is to delete the note and re-enter it - but this will take forever - is there a 'global' way of doing it? Thanks

Better share the score showing those bogus tails. I'd bet they would re-attach to their chor's stem, if selected and reset (Ctrl+R or via Inspector) to their default position though. I think they somehow got misplaced (double-click and arrow keys or click and drag) in one bar and then copy/paested to the other

Thanks, I have now 'crunched' the score - so tails have re-established. I hope that I am 'sharing' the score. Ctrl R does not seem to fix

Select a flag (=tail) right click->select->all similar elements, press ctrl+r (or select the symbol for "reset to style default" inside the inspector).

As suspected, those had non-zero offsets, seen in Inspector, resetting to default brings them back to where they belong, either via Inspector and the reset button there, or via Ctrl+R
