Press F9

I am unable to dock the Master Palette as I did in previous versions. After it was docked it gave me the option to select Basic or Advanced. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I can no longer dock the Master Palette.
Can you help me?

Which version could you dock it on? I can't do it in version 2.x and don't remember ever being able to do this on my windows system.
