Replace bar 2 in a 16 bar pipe organ piece
Thank you for your help in deleting unwanted notes and rests. Having deleted the whole measure, ie. bar 2, how do I replace this bar so that I can add corrected notes, please?

Just enter the notes you want in that now empty measure. Or if you removed the entire measure, insert one first
