No. Export to MusicXML in Finale (Dolet plugin?), MuseScore can import those

As far as I know, the Dolet plugin is only really relevant for Sibelius.
MusicXML isn't perfect, but it can preserve most of your score info. Realistically, you'll want to bring over your PDF's too, as it will normally take some work to get your scores back into printable shape after the conversion, so you'll probably only want to do it as needed.

I see, Dolet is available for older versions of Finale to improve their export, but it was already pretty good. It's for Sibelius that you almost need it, as older versions don't do MusciXML export at all, and even relatively recent ones do a much worse job of it than corresponding versions of Finale do.
But sure, if it's convenient to install Dolet for Finale, it may help indeed.

In new releases, the Dolet code is embedded in the Finale.
