Switching between Bb and A Clarinet mid-score

I'm taking a poorly copied PDF of Dvorak's Symphony 9 and entering the clarinet part to make it readable. It switches from A to Bb clarinet throughout. Is there a way to make the switch mid-score in MuseScore?
