Right, there have been free and Pro accounts on the score sharing website musescore.com for something like 10 years now. Only thing that has changed - as of around a year ago - is the specifics of what can be done with free vs Pro accounts. In a nutshell, it used to be that free accounts had limits on uploads but unlimited downloads. Now, in response to demands from music publishers / copyright owners, it's the other way around. So please direct any further discussion of musescore.com over there on that site. this site - musescore.org - is free, always has been free, always will be free, and same for the MuseScore music notation software supported here.
