Nothing shows up
Hi. I can’t find a contact number and emailing doesn’t solve my problem. For some reason when I click on the music nothing shows up. But it works on my IPad?

There is no phone support or contact. No email support either, just the forum here.
Pleaee descripbe more clearly what the problem is, so far I can't make any sense of when I click on the music nothing shows up?
