First you'd need to get your capslock key fixed
Second you'd need to explain better what the (perceived) problem is, I don't think you really mean clefs, but staves?
The answers might be either "use voices" or "use ' Hide empty staves'"

true, also possible answers, to a not yet understood question ;-)
Or maybe you mean you want some extra space between the verse and chorus. If so, use a Spacer from the Breaks & Spacers palette.
