Export to YouTube and Download Video problems

I just finished a big piece of music (13 minutes and 22 seconds long) and I want to use the export to YouTube feature in Musescore, but it’s been taking well over 2 hours to do anything. I have no email saying it’s uploaded and YouTube doesn’t have anything either. I then tried the download video feature and it’s the same story. What do I do?

Not a feature of the MuseScore editor, so something to ask for over at musescore.com
