xjadeo + JACK + Musescore Help

As the title implies, recently I have tried using xjadeo, JACK, and Musescore to sync video to scoring.
I've been using old forum posts and YT videos to help me through the process, but I'm facing a problem that the tutorials haven't covered.
Xjadeo isn't syncing to JackPortAudio? I don't know if I missed a step or something but whenever I click on sync and choose something other than the default "Nothing" option, it doesn't register (and doesn't switch). All the sync options are clickable (Jack, LTC, MTC (Jack), MTC (PortMidi)) but all don't work.
I'm pretty sure I configured Jack to work with Musescore, and it's just JACK-xjadeo connection.

Maybe this is the wrong forum to post this but does anyone know how to fix this problem?
If there are any tutorials I missed do let me know.

For additional details, I have the latest Musescore, Windows 10, 64bit.
