Problem: disappearing title, etc.

Somehow, I must have hit something to cause my almost finished score to:
*lose the title, composer, etc., and the box that normally surrounds it
*lose the title header and copyright footer on all pages
*add a floating ghosted [grey] image of the score order and measure # on all pages from page 2 onward [actually may be helpful in the future if I can replicate what I did!]

I never saw this previously. Before I re-do the score, I would love to fix it. Attached are the first couple pages.
