Control Volume of Exported WAV?
I created a simple score for a Bass part and would like to export this as a WAV and import to my DAW to mix with other instruments.
Export works fine but the signal is too hot. I would refer to keep peaks at about -12db.
I have tried settings levels in the mixer and synthesizer and those changes work for playback but the levels in the exported wav file still peak at about -1db.
Is it possible to control the levels of the export?

never mind.
I just saw this post

needed to un-check Normalize in preferences.
Works great!
I think you can adjust the gain meter on the track console on the left side of the track. That should bring down the volume in the export.

See the already linked solution.
Adjusting mixer settings only affects relative volumes between the tracks as long as normalization is active on export.
