"Ctrl-S" Crashed Musescore

I was editing a score. Adding notes, changing note lenght and note. I had the Piano open on my screen, because sometimes I enter note through that.
The crash occured right after I did one of these Ctrl-S to save between making changes.

Changes consist of adding quarter and half notes and moving them up or down.
Often I have to hit Esc to make Musescore stop prompting me to overwrite the file.
When I hit Ctrl-S it will prompt me with the folder location and ask if I want to overwrite it. But I am just doing additional saves between making changes. So I end up hitting Esc to clear it before doing a Ctrl-S.

Crash Report Feature Crashing

When I was told Musescore Crashed and was prompted to report the error, I entered my data in.
When I hit 'Send' I received another error and was unable to send the report.
I had no idea what I needed to do to fix the issue with the Crash Report feature Erroring.
