Modulating
I've read the help file but I'm not clear how to modulate. I have ~40 measures in Eb and now I want to modulate to E and, hopefully, paste what I've written in Eb into the new area and have it transposed. I see the part about transposition but that just changes note signatures, not the entire signature.

Pasting does not transpose, it just keeps the pitches
In the transpose dialog there is an option to change key signatures. It's a checkbox.
