images being deleted
Hello! I am putting images of piano chords above my score, black and white with red keys, png format. When I close the program and reopen most of the chords are gone. I am saving often. Where are they going? Do I need a different format? Thanks!

Maybe they ended up off the page, attach the *mscz file if you want.
Are you using the current version of MuseScore (3.5.2)? Some older ones had bugs where in some cases, certain images would not get saved - ones attached to rests, maybe?
If the problem persists in the current version, then indeed, please attach your score and give precise steps to reproduce the problem.
