No, unless, with some restrictions, if it is a midi instrument
MuseScore itself doesn't have the ability to translate audio into musical information but there do exist some third party programs that can attempt to do it - usually by creating a MIDI or perhaps MusicXML file. So, if you do a web search and find something you'd like to try, you could then take the resulting file and import it into MuseScore. I know some people have experimented with AnthemScore.
Based on their results and what I know about the current state of AI technology, I'd expect the result to be interesting to look at but not be even remotely close to readable, and the whole exercise would almost certainly take much longer than entering the music into MuseScore directly.
