No, "Viva la vida" surely is under copyright (by COldplay or their label/publisher). I guess you mean this here:

It is legal to publish it on musescore.com, as long as the copyright holder doesn't demand it to be taken down or MuseScore BVBA has an agreement in place with the (original!) publisher.
That user placed it under a Public Domain license, but that is just not true, or, if anything, only pertains to his/her arrangement.
To play it publicly you'd need to pay royalties (to GEMA I guess)
