I orchestrated someone's work - I'm trying to give them credit but MuseScore WILL NOT let me

Hey all,

Someone graciously let me orchestrate their 2 piece instrumental.

It came out better than I expected, BUT... every time I try to credit the song to them, Musescore reverts back to claiming that I am the composer. It WILL NOT convert, no matter how many times I try (over 20)

I do the usual - Click the 3 dots next to the score -> "Update this Score" -> "Is this your original work?" NO -> Enter the composers name and composition -> Click Save ----- All that stuff, and it always says I am the composer. Every time..

The honorable thing to do is to give them credit, and remove the "original" stamp from the orchestration. This must be a bug. I have requested support, they told me to do what I've already done over 20 times, and left it at that.

I still need help. They haven't reached back to me. Please help
