Tempo change with tactus indication
Tactus might not be the correct term, but anyway I’m trying to find a way to insert (not in the staff, but as a tempo indication) a half note followed by an equal sign followed by a dotted half. Any ideas? My search is at a dead end. Thank you for any help.

These are available in the tempo palette of the Advance workspace. The name is 'Metric Modulation'
