After exporting the xml, the location of Back one has changed.

The xml got created with MusaeScore 3.3.4. I assume you're on Windows 10 and git ot from the Microsoft store, so see #313298: MuseScore in Microsoft Store is outdated, still at 3.3.4; remove link on Download page and update to 3.6.2. Then try again.
If that issue still exists, also share the actual score, the mscz file just before creating the xml

This issue seems to be on the import side:
- the MusicXML file shows the grace notes at the end of the notes in the upper staff (voice 1 staff 1)
- Finale NotePad imports the file correctly (see screenshot)
Haven't looked at #49546: [MusicXML export] Grace after note yet.
