Adding third violin
Hia, I have recently composed an orchestral piece, and I want to add a third violin. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much for reading!

Adding a 3rd violin works exactly the same as adding a 2nd

You mean creating a new score and selecting instruments? ;-)

Nah, I have the first and second violin, but I wanna add a third violin, titled "Violin 3"

[EDIT] Although I now notice the handbook no longer mentions you can reopen that dialog window under Edit → Instruments in the menu.

I only got the 2nd violin, by doing this:
When I created the piece, I made it as a "string orchestra", and it automatically came with the 1st & second violins.

Ah, I see, you didn't add the 2nd violin yourself.
Press I, add a violin, name it Violin 3 (if that doesn't happen automagically)
