How to create a lead sheet for piano? It seems that choosing a keyboard instrument automatically creates both treble and bass clefs. Is the only way to choose, say a flute or voice, and then change the instrument later?

Or create a score with a treble clef only?
Either gives you a piano sound.

There are actually 2, the treble clef one and the Jazz lead sheet ;-)
