OS: Linux Mint 20.1, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0-1552514374, revision: 28863c6
Open the attached file. Notice the first system indent automatically applied. Problem is that I unticked the "Enable indentation of first system" in 3.6.2. This setting has been ignored, but worse, the corresponding box in Format > Style > Score is now unticked and there appears to be no way to remove the indent.

I see this with OS: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021370, revision: 3224f34
The Section_Indent.mscz file had the indent checkbox on the section break unticked, then saved. When the file is re-opened, the indent checkbox is ticked again.
