In all my years of playing, the only time I have seen a long fermata symbol is in the MuseScore pallet Just use a standard one and leave it to the performer to decide what is appropriate in the particular circumstances of the performance.

Hilarious! Maybe an abridged version could be made available for mere mortals by condensing each rest down to a single second.
