NEED A REFUND. How can I get a refund?
No where on your website is there a "Contact us" email address where I can ask for a refund.
Less than 5 hrs after giving my credit card to pay for a subscription on Musescore.com I tried to find a way to request a full refund. I had tried to PRINT the score of a song from Musescore, but the file was not available as a PDF, and there is no app that I could find for Windows to print the odd 4-letter extension of the downloaded file. So subscribing was USELESS. AND NOW I cannot find a way to contact Musescore's admin to get a refund. To say I am angry is an understatement.

MuseScore's standard file format has an ".mscz" file extension. The MuseScore music notation software which opens such a file is available for free at:

Once the file is opened, you can listen to it, edit it, print it, export as pdf, etc.

Apparently you missed to notice the Contact us link on the bottom left corner of this website
To be clear:
This website has no subscription, only musescore.com does. So to talk to someone on that website about changing your mind, you'd need to go over there to that website, and check the Contact Us link.
As for finding software to open an MSCZ file, MuseScore is that software - not musescore.com the website, not MuseScore Pro the subscription service, but just plain MuseScore. It's completely free, and it's available right here from this website, via the Download link above.
