Playing identical bars sound rhythmically different.

Simply playing this file. Bars 14, 15, 16 are rhythmically identical but play differently.

And if I do an (R) so that 14, 15, & 16 are the same notes they sometimes play differently. Sometimes the first quarter note(s) in a bar play tenuto and sometimes it plays more toward the staccato end of things.
