inserting notes into a 4/4 bar
I wrote about this yesterday but I cannot fill the bar with notes equal to 4/4 time- only 3/4 time.
I am sending it to you. Please tell me how you fixed it because I will need to sleep at night!!
I have tried most options however I am missing a step I am sure
the problem is in bar 48

To start with, you have too many notes (beats) in these measures:
13-19, 28, 37-43, 45-55, 57-71. And too few in 72-75.
See those numerous + and - signes in the upper left of many measures: those mean that the measure has more or less beats than the time signature asks for.
This does frequently happen with PDF imports, like this score is too.
