Printing Minimalism

Is there a way to print (or create a version to print) a score with only the parts that are playing? For example, instead of printing a few pages of two out of thirty instruments playing, I want to print just the parts for the two instruments until the rest begin playing, to save paper and ink. (I don't really need to see a thousand measures of rest throughout the course of a long score.)
