When you click the text palette in the left pane, it opens, but does not show the content (it does work for all other palettes)

Even after a Help > Revert to factory settings?

I had only tried the repair palet options.
Reverting to factory settings overall, did fix the problem. Thanks.

Is this the recommended / only solution? Revert everything that has been set up in musescore to get a single palette to display seems a bit overkill? Can you think of a better way to do this? I'm running into the same problem and don't want to completely obliterate all my existing settings.

Well, the palette should never normally have this problem, so things must be pretty messed up to get here, and likely a full revert is best. But if you don't think there are any other issues, you could click the "..." on the palette then reset. You can also try resetting your workspace (in View / Workspaces), or switching to a different workspace, or creating a new one. Depends on what workspace you are currently in and what customizations you've done that you want to keep. If you continue to have trouble, best to ask for help in the Support forum and share more details about your configuration (OS, MuseScore version, workspace name, what customizations you have done, etc).
