musescore 4

how do I move into musescore 4 without ruining my score.
do I delete musescore 3.6 on my Mac or do I just download musescore 4 and it will automatically update to musescore 4

just installed musescore 4 and I run into a dilma. when I open my score in musescore it wants me to save the score again to the cloud and on my Mac.
will this duplicate the score in the cloud?
or do I just need to move all the score from the musescore three folder to the musescore 4 folder will this solve the problem?
